A modern and dynamic basket weaving workshop. We make the craft modern, are super sustainable and local. For example, we will soon be growing our willows (organically) in Leeuwarden. We are widely found and visited, and sell nationally and internationally from the islands to southern Germany. Unfortunately, we are not yet known locally. For the first 1.5 years we focused on our main income, grave baskets and grave markers for natural cemeteries. Nowadays, utility baskets are being made more and more often. We are not located in the centre because our workshop has to be attached to the store. We are a unique company of which there are only two in all of the Netherlands! We are certainly unique for Leeuwarden despite a huge history of basket weaving in Friesland.
