Molen de Hoop
Come to the corn mill De Hoop in Stiens without any obligation and sniff the scent of freshly ground wheat flour.
It is grinded on a small scale for the local baker who makes the most delicious products with it.
The (voluntary) millers will be happy to show you around and answer all your questions. There are also many flour mixes available for the home baker.
By the way, did you know that the Dutch miller's craft has been inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity since December 7, 2017 and that this is the first time that Dutch intangible heritage has been included therein?
The mill is open every Saturday from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
