Spotters hill Leeuwarden
From the hill that is located here you have a beautiful view of the runway of Leeuwarden Air Base. Bring your earplugs and watch the F16s of the Royal Air Force take off and land here. That's quite an outing!
Directions
You can reach the Spotters hill by driving from Leeuwarden towards Marssum and then towards Beetgum. Just after driving out of Marssum, take the small road on the right and park your car in the parking lot near the hill.
