Roast's cocktail bar is located in a cellar. You can come here for our famous cocktails and, of course, for delicious bites. Head bartender Andreas Budo and his protegé Mick Fletcher likes to experiment, so the possibilities are endless.
Think of a 'Mon Cheri' with amaretto, citrus and cherry. Or what about the 'Marilyn Monroe Tattoo', our signature cocktail guests come back to weekly. In September 2023 our bartenders won the Thomas Henry competition and are the best of the North of the Netherlands! We make next-level cocktails!
