150 years of Mata Hari - Grab your yoga mata
Namata-ste – amidst all the summer hustle and bustle, unwind completely during a free yoga class in the Prinsentuin.
Please note! The location of the yoga classes has changed. Both classes will take place in the Prinsentuin, next to the old infirmary on the Wissesdwinger. After the class, you are welcome at the Nova Yoga Studio at Bredeplaats 5 for a refreshing drink, water, and snacks.
Amidst the greenery, rippling water, and passing boats, yoga teacher Malou from Nova Yoga guides you through a free vinyasa yoga class where movement is linked to the breath. Through a creative sequence of poses, you strengthen both body and mind.
During the class, a smooth transition is made from pose to pose. This builds physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. This vinyasa class is perfect for all levels. It is also suitable for beginners, as sufficient options and modifications are always provided.
So, everyone is welcome! The class starts at 9:30 AM, but you are free to arrive a little earlier to find your spot and relax. The class lasts 60 minutes, including an extended final relaxation. And: bring your own yoga mat!
