The Technieker Bikkelrun is a survival run offering a range of distances for both competitive and recreational runners.
This year is particularly special, as the Dutch Open Championship (ONK) long-distance survival run (LSR) will also take place. The LSR is considered the toughest category in the sport. Participants need not only excellent fitness, but also the technical skills required to successfully tackle the many obstacles along the course.
More than 1,500 participants are expected to take part, and spectators are welcome to follow the action along the course.
