Start:
Our tours begin at Oldehoofsterkerkhof, the large square by the Oldehove (the leaning tower). Our guides will be waiting at the entrance of the Leeuwarden Visitor Center at Paviljoen Obe, opposite the shops Ut Streekie and De Hofdame. The walk lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Price:
This is a Free Tour. At the end of the tour, you decide what it was worth to you — and what you’d like to pay.

Language:
This walking tour is conducted in Dutch. Every Saturday at 12:00 pm, a second guide is present to form an English-speaking group. From April onwards, there is also a German-language tour on Saturdays at 2:00 pm.

Registration:
You can sign up via the A Guide to Leeuwarden website. As we currently operate with smaller groups, tours fill up more quickly, so we recommend registering in advance. This also allows us to add an extra guide if needed, ensuring no one is disappointed. Click here to sign up.
