They love to surprise you with seasonal dishes and a wide selection of wines. They work with local farmers, and they don't have to look far for the beers either. The beers are from Brouwdok, the harbor brewery in Harlingen.

Behind Bistro Duinkerken stand Gosse Hoekstra and Dennis Candan, both seasoned hospitality professionals who have recently joined forces as entrepreneurs with a fresh perspective on hospitality. With their young and enthusiastic team, they want to show that the hospitality industry can be a pleasant, sustainable workplace.
