Brédyk 215 Oenemastate Wytgaard

Oenemastate Wytgaard

We used to be located along the old Middelzeedijk in a ‘stins’ called “Oud Oenema”. This castle was mostly destroyed by fire in 1844. Present-day Oenema was rebuilt from the leftover materials. The only parts that were conserved were part of the front and the original cellar. The stables have been rebuilt into two spacious apartments, each equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. The windows that have been installed offer a great view of the garden, orchard, and lands. On the side facing south, you can enjoy breakfast or dinner in the pleasant garden room – or, in case of good weather, out on the terrace. You can take a look at the interior of the private rooms at the estate’s front. Don’t feel like cooking? Upon request, you can order a two or three-course dinner. You are welcome year-round.
