THE LARGEST COVERED TERRACE IN LEEUWARDEN!

Trapped inside the Blokhuispoort is the city's largest covered terrace, "Bajes Streetfood Club". Following the great success of the summer editions, we are extending the season into autumn and winter.

Café de Bak, Roast, Proefverlof & Restaurant Eindeloos are joining forces to transform the Blokhuispoort courtyard into Leeuwarden's most unique terrace.

Even when it's cold, you're cozy and trapped within the walls of the old city prison. 
Relax by the fireplace or in the winter sun on our lovely sofas. Order delicious coffees, well-prepared lunches, or, starting October 6, an extensive dinner.

You can enjoy yourself with us all year round in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. In the coming months, we are once again organizing a Friday afternoon drinks every Friday, featuring a different music genre each week. There is regularly live music, and smoked eel and salmon from the barrel.

There is a large play area available for the children.
