STEEF’s dishes are the centerpiece. Additionally, the entire ambiance aligns with this: the wines, the plates, the cutlery, the glasses, the interior, the decor, the setting, and the atmosphere. Stefan translates everything he encounters and experiences in his daily life into his dishes. As a result, we see and, above all, taste his character reflected in the dishes.
