Sophialaan 2 Achmea Tower

Achmea Tower

At almost 115 metres high, the Achmea Tower is the tallest building in the Northern Netherlands. The slender tower dominates the skyline of Leeuwarden and acts as a striking beacon visible from a great distance in the horizontal Frisian landscape. The building consists of two columns of different heights that are, as it were, pushed together.

Unfortunately, the tower is no longer open to the public.
