The Scapino Ballet is coming back to Leeuwarden! Together with OPERA2DAY and the DoelenEnsemble, the full troupe of dancers will bring a compelling and comforting performance. An unknown soldier, hovering between life and death, longs to return to his loved ones while memories of the battlefield haunt him. With live performances of works by Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky, among others, and dance by four choreographers, this timeless story comes to life.
