There’s something in the air above Leeuwarden. A hint of holy spirit, a hint of rave sweat, a hint of fabric softener. Explore the North Festival returns from 20 to 22 November 2026, and the first names have now been announced. From rage to fungal networks and from craft punk to sacred choral trips, the Explore the North festival weekend is a three-day journey of discovery filled with stories in all their many forms! More names will be announced over the coming months. Get your Early Bird ticket now for €50.50, or a Youth ticket for €28.50 (ages 13–25 and students). Tickets for individual performances are not available.
