Leeuwarden is full of Street Art. In the city center alone, you can discover more than 70(!) works. These include stickers, posters, graffiti, and murals. Both legal and illegal works in public spaces. We offer the Street Art Tour in 3 different ways:

1. 1. Private Street Art Tour with a guide: You can book a private tour every day of the week to discover the most beautiful street art with your own guide. A guide can tell you all the stories behind the works and, of course, knows where to find the latest new pieces. A private tour can be booked all year round. We offer standard tours of 1,5 hours, which cost 84 euros per guide. You can on the website of A Guide to Leeuwarden book a tour directly. 
   
   
2.  2. Street Art Map: You can also discover the street art in Leeuwarden yourself with our route mapArt Route LeeuwardenThis map shows a walking tour past 60 street art works in the city center. The map costs only 3 euros and is available for purchase at the Leeuwarden Visitor Center. Do you also want to discover street art outside the center? Then get the Street Art MapThere is also a cycling route listed here passing by works outside the city center. You can also get an explanation of the artworks via the QR code on the map. 
   
   
3.  3. Public Leeuwarden Free Tour with guide: Every Tuesday through Sunday, you can join a public Leeuwarden Free Tour. During the tour, the guide shows you the most beautiful street art and tells fascinating stories about the history of Leeuwarden and its famous inhabitants.    In the summer, we also offer a public Street Art Tour. A guide can tell you all the stories behind the works and, of course, knows where to find the latest new pieces.
